We make decisions emotionally, explain them logically, and surprise ourselves constantly. Studying that contradiction led me to UX research.

Now I’m exploring what happens when AI tries to understand humans too. I write about research, synthetic users, emerging technology, and the ideas I’m experimenting with beyond my day-to-day work.
